Instagram account FakeWatchBuster has started calling out fake diamond encrusted accessories -- and has found itself in a standoff with Avianne and Company for claiming the jeweler gave Cee Lo Green a bogus $34,000 watch.
According to TMZ, Avianne and Company has sent off a cease-and-desist letter to the guy behind the popular Instagram account, which labeled CeeLo's custom 20-carat diamond-studded Panerai from Avianne a bad "fake." The photo has since been removed but no apology has been issued.
TMZ reports Avianne is the same company responsible for Ciara's 15-carat diamond engagement ring.
A Florida man had his dine and dash plan dashed when he scarfed down his meal and bolted for the parking lot – where he tried to get into a stranger's car that he thought was his.
Peter Gaffey had a late dinner at the Dubliner Irish Pub, which he washed down with enough beers to make him unsteady on his feet – and unsure about where he'd parked his ride. He initially tried to pay the check with his debit card, but had it declined – so he left it on the bar and made a run for it.
Cops were called to the scene and found him slumped against a black Mercedes that looked like his car, which he'd parked across the street. An arresting officer says Gaffey was drunk and belligerent, and that he wouldn't reveal his name. He was arrested and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on fraud and resisting arrest charges.
